Homy provides a synergistic solution to the primary needs of families: access control, connectivity, and energy saving on electrical consumption, heating, and air conditioning.
In line with this target audience, its interface has been developed as a native app for iPhone and Android.
The platform achieves its maximum effectiveness when applied to a large customer base, typically by Energy Utilities or TLC companies.
THE PROJECT.
The functionalities of Homy.
The possible states are: “away from home”, “at home”, and “sleeping”.
Based on the status of the house, Homy acts accordingly: it regulates the temperature, sets the alarm system, and optimizes the electrical consumption of the house.
Comfort
In this section, we show you the temperature and humidity of your home, and with an easy interface, you can set the desired heating temperature and, in the future, also cooling.
Security
In the security section, you can manage the alarm system: a simple intrusion detection system without sirens that disturb neighbors, activated by false alarms.
Consumption & Energy Missions
In the consumption section, we show you the energy consumed in real-time and since the beginning of the day. We also provide statistics and tips for improvement. With Homy, you will be more aware of your consumption, which you will inevitably convert into savings.
Shop
The integrated shop allows you, without leaving the app, to browse a catalog of products and services related to the Homy world.
Homy’s Technology.
This means that the sensors do not require the presence of internet in the house for their operation.
Thanks to LoRa technology, perfect for IoT applications, the sensors operate on a single battery for years, facilitating installation and maintenance.
